Located at Oregon Coast Community College, the Oregon Coast Advanced Technology & Trades Center (OCATT) provides a new 22,000-square-foot trades center building aimed to train students in carpentry, construction, maritime technology and aquaculture. The exterior program includes new arrival sequence to the campus, stormwater gardens, and educational nodes.
