Brookland Apartments is a 5-story, 166-unit development in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Southeast Portland, Oregon. The building’s massing is informed by a uniquely shaped site with occupied apertures at various levels, each aligned with city and mountain views beyond. The arrangement yields a series of internal courtyards, each supported by ground level planting and vertical vine structures.
