Hidden Pond Farm is a 60-acre property located in Yamhill County. The owners engaged Ground Workshop to create a holistic master plan that sites a future home and garden and establishes sustainable agricultural operations. Previously developed as a small cattle farm, the property exists as a mix of dense mixed forests, fallow hay fields, and small pond with associated wetlands. The future home and garden sits atop the knoll of the former homestead, capitalizing on territorial views of the lower meadows and forest beyond. As a new focal point, Ground Workshop proposed a new circulation pattern which includes a 2-mile hiking trail that engages the homestead, pond, forest edge, and agricultural components.
