Developed by Habitat for Humanity and Oregon Metro, Cherry Blossom is a 31-unit affordable townhome development in the Gateway District of Portland. The site design includes a small pocket park and nature trail through the Floyd Light conservation zone, an existing stand of evergreen forest that abuts Floyd Light City Park.
Ground Workshop is proud to be part of a collaborative team that includes Base Design + Architecture and DCI Engineers. This project anticipates a spring 2020 start to construction.
